
I did the same with internet explorer and I have all permission with all files so I am confused as to what I am suppose to do? Any suggestions or did I miss something totally they keep sending me the same message back when I have gone back for help. I did the same with robo forms file just in case. I went into the Good Sync file right clicked it and went to properties and went to security tab and it shows I have all permission to do what is needed.

Check Full Control box in the Allow column, this would allow to do anything with the folder. If you want to give permission to everyone, then select the Everyone group.
